Felix Antone Brooks

Felix Antone Brooks was born to the late Willie R. Brooks and Marion E. Jones Brooks in Baltimore , Maryland on January 11, 1964. On May 14, 2025, Antone peacefully transitioned from this life.

Antone, as he was well known, was the last child of his parents. He was educated in the Chapel Hill public schools where he was well known and liked. Because he was such an awesome basketball player, "Goose" became his nickname.

Antone was preceded in death by his wife Yvette, two brothers Juano and Quintino Brooks.

Antone leaves to cherish his loving memories; his sons Elijah Shabazz and Gregory, 2 grandchildren Kalijah and Elise, two brothers, Willie Brooks, Jr. (Cynthia), Otto Brooks, two sisters, Angela Hicks and Sonja Hall. Several aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, many cousins and friends. Special thanks to Soyinia Hargraves and Darlene Goins Brooks for all your love and care.

He will always be remembered by his infectious smile and incredible sense of humor. He will be in our hearts forever.
